TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION
The BDC Manager should have a
specific game plan for managing the room! This certification
class is designed to assist the new and even the experienced BDC
Manager with becoming the true support and driver of the call
center. In order to have a world class center it is
absolutely necessary that the manager know how to handle all
functions to manage the room for success. We will concentrate on
required management tasks, required reports and pertinent tips on
managing the room. Remember, the success of the room depends
greatly upon the activity of the BDC Manger.
